Most orders placed before noon EST ship the next business day. Orders placed after noon are generally shipped within two business days. You will receive an estimated shipping date when your order is processed. In the rare event that this date cannot be met, you will be notified by phone or e-mail. Floral Belle uses USPS Ground for most shipping. Expedited shipping is also available. We are sorry, but we do not ship international orders at this time.
We strive to produce high quality flower arrangements and guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will refund your purchase price, less any shipping charges. If you need to return something, please send an email to info@floralbelle.com within 7 days of receiving your order for a returned goods authorization number. We will accept authorized returns provided that the items are returned, prepaid, in their original packaging to insure they do not become damaged in shipment.
